When we partnered with Isuzu, their website was outdated and failed to provide a smooth user experience because it was tricky to navigate through their large portfolio of trucks. Additionally, their website was unsuccessful in generating the volume of incoming leads that they needed because it was not optimised for conversion. As a result, the decision was made to redesign the website with a focus on converting visitors to customers.

Isuzu achieved its strongest sales performance on record, supported by a 378% increase in sales enquiries generated through our lead generation activity. With continued marketing support, the company went on to repeatedly surpass its previous sales records. Even during challenging market conditions, sales enquiries increased by a further 22% against the previous benchmark.

Process

Pay-per-click (PPC)

Using paid search campaigns, we carried out in-depth keyword research to drive targeted traffic to the new website and convert visitors into leads through the live chat functionality we introduced. Accounting for 40.6% of Isuzu’s website traffic, the paid search campaign generated 62,273 clicks, representing an 80% increase against the previous comparison period.

Our focus on lead generation achieved a conversion rate of 1.62% from those clicks, helping Isuzu deliver another record-breaking sales performance and strengthening our long-term partnership.
