With over 20 years of experience, Artic Building Services is a facilities management company that specialises in mechanical and electrical maintenance.

 

Focused on maintaining client assets through planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks, Artic’s mobile engineers travel from site to site while residential engineers are assigned to a specific site.

Task

Artic partnered with us to enhance their online presence and grow their business by winning new maintenance contracts. The company’s website, brand identity, and brand awareness were not particularly strong, and they relied on their excellent client retention rate to sustain their business. Our partnership with Artic initially focused on redeveloping their brand, website and sales materials. We then used these assets to increase lead generation using content, email and paid search ads (PPC).

Our web developers worked alongside our design team to completely redevelop Artic’s website, creating a sophisticated user experience. Providing potential customers with a detailed insight into the company, the new website clearly showcases Artic’s core services, client testimonials, and different departments, helping them to make a buyer’s decision. To enhance their brand identity, our talented designer created a new logo, brochures, and brand guidelines that were consistent with the new website.

To demonstrate Artic’s unique industry knowledge, we’ve delivered monthly articles and case studies that have been published in facilities management journals, posted on Artic’s website, and shared on social media platforms. The content has successfully enhanced Artic’s brand awareness and improved its SEO, driving more traffic to its website.

What we did

Paid Search Advertising

Based on existing customer profiles and Artic’s goals, we developed paid search campaigns focused on driving their target audience to their website.

Using refined keywords and targeted content, we positioned Artic in front of the right people who were more likely to convert to customers. The bespoke ads we created gained over 2.5 million impressions over six months, rapidly growing brand awareness and the monthly volume of quality leads.

Out of those impressions, 20,965 people clicked on the ads and were redirected to Artic’s new website, leading to more incoming enquiries regarding their services.

Our paid search campaign directly helped Artic to receive record-breaking site traffic; recording almost 50,000 visitors over 12 months, an increase of 4.7 times over the prior year. 

The drastic increase in traffic coming from our paid search campaigns in September was a direct result of our PPC experts, who fine-tuned our targeting and spending strategies to ensure we targeted the right individuals and focused the budget on the campaigns that would yield the best return on investment for Artic. Fine-tuning our ad campaigns also decreased the cost per click and overall cost per conversion, meaning we were driving better value from the spending.
